The Ridgeway School is a purpose-built co-educational special school for young people 2-19 years, with severe and/or profound multiple learning difficulties. Our school is an exciting forward thinking establishment, dedicated to enhancing the development of its staff, and judged as “Outstanding” by OFSTED in February 2020.

 

2 x Teachers

We are looking for two class teachers, one to start at the Ridgeway in April and the other September 2025

Special Needs Assistants

We are seeking to appoint enthusiastic and highly motivated special needs assistants to work in a supportive, friendly environment as valued members of a class team. Experience and/or knowledge of working with autistic pupils and managing students with challenging behaviour will be an advantage, but not essential as full training and induction are provided. 

Actual salary (prorated) £16,695 to £17,541 Hours: 29.25 hours per week term time only.
